Your Responsibilities

• Drive Full-Cycle Searches from the initial intake to successful close.
• Act as a Client Partner by grasping their hiring goals, challenges, and culture.
• Strategically Source Candidates via our proprietary CRM/ATS and your extensive network.
• Utilize Our Advanced Platform to manage candidates seamlessly, track outreach, automate necessary follow-ups, and keep organized.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that add lasting value to clients while ensuring rewarding commissions for yourself.
