Novartis seeks a Director, MarTech Product Excellence & Operations to advance maturity and operational excellence across the MarTech portfolio. You will establish scalable governance, drive cross-functional alignment, and partner with senior stakeholders and external consultants to optimize planning, prioritization, and measurement. This role reports to the ED, MarTech Product Strategy & CPO Digital Trust and influences executive engagement and strategic initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr Novartis
