A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Traveling Receptionist – Full-Time.

Location: Everett, WA (Travel throughout the Greater Seattle area)

Pay Rate: $21.00-22.00 an hour
Schedule: Full Time -Monday–Saturday (Hours vary based on clinic schedule; early morning to early evening)
Travel: Required – Travel time and mileage reimbursed for assignments outside of Everett

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to various clinic locations as assigned based on business needs.
• Welcome and assist examinees and visitors while providing a professional and positive experience.
• Complete check-in procedures, verify examinee information, and prepare required documentation.
• Review charts for accuracy, confirm appointment details, and ensure paperwork is completed properly.
• Answer incoming phone calls, gather necessary information, and route calls appropriately.
• Direct examinees to appropriate exam rooms and assist with maintaining patient flow.
• Provide chaperone support during examinations when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive examinee information at all times.
• Support physicians and clinical staff with administrative needs.
• Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, emailing, typing, and proofreading.
• Monitor lobby organization and cleanliness while reporting concerns to management.
• Assist with inventory management and efficient use of office supplies.
• Participate in required training and educational activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Travel Requirements

This role requires regular travel between clinic locations, including:

• Bellingham, WA: 1–2 times per month
• Mt. Vernon, WA: 1–2 times per month
• Bothell, WA: 2–3 times per month
• Bellevue, WA: 2–3 times per month
• Seattle, WA: 2–3 times per month
• Renton, WA: 1–2 times per month

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, administrative support, reception, or customer service environments.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to travel during the workday.
• Strong computer skills, including:

  • Internet and general office equipment (fax, copier, scanner, telephone)
