Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

Location: Rutherfordton, NC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 (Days); Every 3rd weekend required

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Women's Services team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, and Gynecology. This position involves working closely within a dedicated team to meet the healthcare needs of our patients in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to women during antepartum, labor, and postpartum periods.
Monitor and assess patient conditions to ensure optimal outcomes.
Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Educate and support patients and their families about health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum of 3 years of RN experience with charge experience preferred.
Current RN license in North Carolina.
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, AWHON Fetal Monitoring.
