About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Sales for the West Coast of the USA. This role is pivotal in driving accelerated growth across all industry segments, with a specific focus on closing large enterprise deals within BPO, CX, contact center, or managed services environments. The successful candidate will be a frontline, individual contributor, and a proven enterprise deal closer, responsible for originating, structuring, and closing large, complex deals. The role demands a strong bias for execution, speed, and ownership, with an emphasis on establishing the company as a credible enterprise partner in the region. Key responsibilities include enterprise deal origination and closure, strategic market penetration, and commercial structuring and negotiation. Applicants must have a proven track record of closing large enterprise deals, experience in structuring multi-year, multi-country deals, and a strong understanding of the USA BPO market. The role requires extensive experience in engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders, as well as a solid commercial acumen for building, pricing, and negotiating high-value deals. The Head of Sales will be expected to build a qualified enterprise pipeline, close multi-year deals, and secure anchor enterprise clients within the first 12 months. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, with an MBA or equivalent being advantageous. The position is not focused on people management or account management but is purely centered on the sales process, with a clear expectation of delivering tangible business outcomes.
