As a Provider Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top Physician and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) talent who are passionate about delivering high-quality, value-based care.In this strategic role, you'll partner with physician and operational leaders to build provider pipelines, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and create an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding.How will you make an impact & RequirementsJob Summary:The Provider Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). This role partners closely with leaders and providers to support organizational growth while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.What You'll DoRecruit and hire Physicians and APPs across multiple specialties and markets.Partner with leaders to develop proactive recruitment and workforce planning strategies.Build and maintain provider talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.Source and engage candidates through networking, outreach, events, and industry partnerships.Serve as a trusted advisor on recruitment trends, market intelligence, and hiring strategies.Guide candidates through interviews, offers, contracting, credentialing, and onboarding.Collaborate with marketing to enhance provider recruitment and employer brand initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, leaders, and key stakeholders.What You'll BringBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, provider, physician, APP, or executive recruitment.Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.Experience developing creative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel approximately 20%.Why Mosaic Health?Make a direct impact on patient access to care.Partner with physician and executive leaders.Help shape provider workforce strategy and organizational growth.Join a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on improving healthcare outcomes.Compensation Range:$77,417.00to$116,126.00The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
