Healthcare Recruiter

The Healthcare Recruiter is a sales‑oriented individual who is responsible for the external recruitment of clinical staff to fulfill open shifts and cases at the branch level. In this role, you will report to the Director of Operations (DOO) or the Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM). Duties / Responsibilities Establish recruiting priorities with branch leadership to fulfill open shifts and cases. Source new candidates using resume databases, internet searches, job boards, referrals, community services, and local schools. Conduct interviews and screenings to ensure candidates meet position qualifications and are interested in providing clinical care. Document recruiting actions and process steps in the application tracking system. Create offer letters and initiate onboarding for new hires. Collaborate with branch staff to assign new hires to cases. Coordinate completion of new hire paperwork with the People Services Specialist (HR). Provide feedback to improve recruiting policies and practices, including compensation, benefits, and other competitive areas. Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training. Identify and solve problems with initiative and good judgment to reach quality decisions. Maintain rapport with candidates and employees, promoting harmonious interpersonal relationships. Meet both hiring and start expectations of the branch to grow the business. Maintain confidentiality of all employees, patients/clients, and company issues. Perform all other job duties as assigned. Required Skills, Abilities & Knowledge Leverage interpersonal skills with a diverse population of candidates. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office. Education, Experience, Licenses & Certifications High School Diploma (Required). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Provider Relations (preferred). One year of sales or recruiting experience (preferred).
