Raptis Roofing LLC is growing its roofing sales organization and is hiring a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist onsite in Winter Springs, FL . This full‑time role pairs meaningful work with performance‑based earnings, a supportive leadership team, and a positive, high‑energy culture. Compensation and incentives:

• 700 per week guaranteed base salary
• 500 bonus for every successful hire

Unlimited hiring bonuses and performance bonuses with unlimited earning potential Weekly pay and a competitive base salary What you’ll do In this role, you will recruit and hire door‑to‑door sales representatives, helping ensure the team is staffed with strong candidates who can succeed in the field. You will move candidates through the process, coordinate with hiring managers, and support a smooth start for new hires. Recruit and hire door‑to‑door sales representatives Review applications and source candidates through Indeed , social media , referrals , and networking Conduct phone interviews and initial screenings Schedule interviews with hiring managers Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist with onboarding and orientation Follow up with new hires during training to improve retention Maintain an organized recruiting pipeline Represent the Raptis Roofing culture with professionalism and enthusiasm What you bring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfort speaking with people throughout the day Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Self‑motivated and goal‑driven Recruiting, sales, customer service, or staffing experience is preferred but not required Why this role matters Raptis Roofing LLC views recruiting as more than filling positions.
