Responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process while ensuring superior candidate experience. This is a hybrid opportunity. You will be required to be in the office 1-2 days per week. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Advising and consulting the business on the right fit, oversees the sourcing, screening, and interview processes in order to acquire the best talent to meet business needs. Function as the talent champion that can energetically sell the role and the company brand to candidates. Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process ensuring superior candidate experience; shepherd candidates and business representatives through the process. Partner with human resource business partners and talent acquisition program managers. Serve as a single point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout recruiting process. Consult hiring managers on talent needs and recommend candidate slate. Develop sourcing strategies in conjunction with hiring manager and Sourcing Center. Direct Sourcers in conducting sourcing and resume screening processes. Direct coordinators in supporting seamless candidate process. Conduct phone screens for candidates. Work with talent acquisition support team to ensure hiring managers can conduct interviews. Aggregate evaluation feedback for final hiring decision. Negotiate and close offers and communicate decisions with candidates. Effectively utilize available technologies to maximize efficiency, quality, and productive. Requirements: Requires a BA degree in HR related field and/or marketing or communications field and a minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates required. Ability to interface with candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner; ability to partner with, advise, and influence hiring managers in a consultative manner to foster long-term relationships strongly preferred. Experience with both corporate (in-house) and third-party recruiting strongly preferred. In-depth knowledge of the TA landscape in health insurance industry strongly preferred. Master's degree; Professional HR / TA Certification(s) strongly preferred. Job Type: Contract Additional Information: Workday ATS Paradox interview scheduling (tech savvy)- preferred Comfortable being on camera and conducting candidate screens on camera Compliance and detail oriented Prior healthcare/specialty pharmacy recruiting background (preferred) Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way from the Lake Mary, FL office. Employees in this role are required to work at least 1 day per week in the office. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, Eastern Time. There is some flexibility with start and end times, including:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

The schedule can also be adjusted based on whether the employee takes a 30-minute or 1-hour lunch. Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy. Unless specified as primarily virtual by the hiring manager, contractors are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process.
