Transaction Coordinator

Supporting the real estate transaction management team, the full-time remote Transaction Coordinator will manage documentation related to the transaction process, including client listings and voucher processing for a premier technology client. Key responsibilities Prepare vouchers for commission collection and manage listing and deal files in compliance with real estate regulations Create files for executed listing and commission agreements, and distribute listing renewal information to sales professionals Assist with managing trust accounts for earnest monies, including processing deposits and issuing checks Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience; Bachelor's degree is a plus Preferred experience in commercial real estate or transactions Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong organizational skills and basic math skills for calculating simple figures Ability to follow established work routines and standards
