This role requires a strong communicator and project manager who can juggle multiple deals while collaborating closely with internal departments and external partners.Core Responsibilities-Transaction Coordinator:Oversee and track all phases of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and leasing, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and documentation remain on scheduleWork cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Legal, Property Operations, and Construction to align on deal-related prioritiesManage the onboarding process for new tenants, including data collection, system setup, and team coordinationReview and distill lease documents, highlighting key financial terms and conditions for internal stakeholdersContribute to the development of proposals, letters of intent, and other materials shared with clients or partnersMaintain comprehensive records for each deal, including lease agreements, property documents, and acquisition filesRegularly update internal reports and assist in preparing for weekly deal pipeline meetingsPerform research related to leasing comps, ownership structures, tenant backgrounds, and local market conditionsCommunicate directly with brokers, vendors, and prospective tenants to facilitate smooth transaction flowParticipate in process improvement initiatives and assist in refining operational systems and workflowsAdditional Duties-Transaction Coordinator:Join property tours and broker-led events as needed to support deal and leasing effortsHelp coordinate the creation and placement of marketing signage, property images, and promotional collateralLend support to one-off initiatives and special projects as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a similar discipline—or equivalent work experienceAt least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, deal support, or leasing operations; exposure to lease management or tenant services is a plusExceptionally organized with the ability to handle multiple active deals and prioritize in a dynamic settingStrong interpersonal skills and professional communication abilities, both written and verbalProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of real estate platforms like CoStar or LoopNet is helpfulCapable of working autonomously and staying proactive within a high-energy, fast-paced environmentA flexible problem-solver who's ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute wherever needed
