Job TitleOracle Fusion & EPM Business AdministratorJob Descriptiononsemi is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Oracle Fusion & EPM Business Administrator to join our Finance team. This role will play a critical part in supporting and evolving our Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform, including Planning (EPBCS), Profitability & Cost Management (EPCM), Financial Close and Consolidations (FCCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and Tax Reporting (TRCS) as well as participate in design and implementation of Account Reconciliations (ARCS) and other modules in the future.The ideal candidate will partner closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to ensure system reliability, enhance financial processes, and drive automation across planning, forecasting, and allocation activities. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact decision-making by enabling scalable, accurate, and efficient financial systems.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support Oracle EPM applications, including EPBCS, EPCM, and related modules. Support Oracle Fusion Modules as needed.Configure and maintain metadata, hierarchies, business rules, and security within EPM environmentsPartner with FP&A, Accounting, and business unit stakeholders to translate financial requirements into system solutionsSupport planning, forecasting, and allocation cycles, ensuring system readiness and data accuracyMaintain and enhance allocation models and rule configurations, including validation and audit support aligned with finance processesMonitor and manage data integrations between Oracle Fusion & EPM, and other upstream/downstream systemsSchedule and monitor data loads, reconciliations, and validationsTroubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutionsLead testing activities for system enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality (including UAT coordination)Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs, process flows, and training materialsSupport internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements related to financial systemsSupport financial reporting using OTBI / BI Publisher (Fusion) & Smart View / Financial Reporting (EPM) to assist with Month-end close processesProvide end-user support, training, and guidance to global finance teamsQualificationsRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accountancy, CPAComputer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint.Human interaction skills; effective verbal and written communication skills; presentation, meeting, and management skills.Strong team leadership, negotiation, and supervisory skills; multi-task oriented.Effective organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Competent human relation management skills (influence, direct, motivate & evaluate)onsemi?(Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
