Whitman Advisory is partnering with a well-established boutique law firm (divorce & family law) in Westchester County to identify a Senior Family Law Attorney / Matrimonial to lead high-level matters, mentor the legal team, and support the firm’s continued growth. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced family law attorney who thrives in complex, high-conflict cases and enjoys building strong teams and processes in a collaborative environment. Location: White Plains, NY (On-site) Key Responsibilities Lead complex, high-conflict, and high-net-worth divorce and family law matters from intake through final resolution Provide guidance, training, and oversight to junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff Maintain high standards of legal practice, efficient workflows, and strong internal collaboration Conduct client consultations and contribute to business development efforts to attract high-caliber clientele Help evolve firm systems, policies, and best practices to support operational growth and client service excellence Qualifications 5+ years of experience in divorce and family law Prior trial experience strongly preferred Proven ability to supervise attorneys or manage a legal team Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to guide clients through emotionally charged matters Comfortable with modern legal tech, case management systems, and digital workflows #J-18808-Ljbffr Whitman Advisory Job Community
