Talent Coordinator

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend availability as needed Pay: $21.00 per hour Join the Home Genius Team! What You'll Do Welcome new hires and guide them through the onboarding process. Collect, review, and track all required new hire paperwork to ensure completion before training. Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding documentation. Communicate with new hires via phone, text, and email to answer questions and provide support. Coordinate onboarding schedules and training logistics. Follow up with candidates to ensure all required documents are submitted on time. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to provide a seamless hiring experience. Assist with additional administrative and recruiting support as needed. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a customer-service mindset. Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and learning new systems.
