Project Manager, Licensed Surveyor

Compensation: Up to $165,000 base DOE | Full Benefits

About the Role
The firm is building its Dallas presence from the ground up and needs a licensed Project Manager who knows surveying at a technical level. This is not a desk job. You will run projects from scope to delivery, stay close to the field crews, and serve as a trusted point of contact for clients in a high growth environment. The right person is technically sharp, client focused, and accountable for quality and schedule.

W hat You Will Do

• Manage survey and mapping projects from proposal through final delivery
• Apply hands on technical expertise across land development, energy, and construction survey projects
• Coordinate field crews, CAD technicians, and office staff to meet budgets and deadlines
• Serve as the day to day point of contact for clients
• Review field data and drawings for accuracy and compliance with Texas standards
• Track scope, budget, and schedule across multiple concurrent projects
• Support business development by growing existing client relationships and contributing to new project pursuits, particularly in the energy sector
• Follow and reinforce quality standards, field procedures, and operational workflows

What You Bring

• Active Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license in Texas preferred. LSIT candidates considered
• Experience managing survey projects from field data through final deliverables
• Strong land development, energy, or infrastructure project background
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Current on technology: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and relevant survey platforms
• BS in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field preferred
• Valid driver's license required
