Corporate Tax Manager
Saab Sensis Corporation
SAAB seeks a Corporate Tax Manager to lead tax compliance and planning for its U.S. manufacturing operations. In this role you will manage federal, state, and local income tax returns, oversee ASC 740 tax provisions, and support international and transfer pricing initiatives. You will analyze complex transactions, identify tax optimization opportunities, and manage audits and inquiries. Partnering with finance, legal, and operations, you will ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and adherence to global and local regulations while supporting strategic growth in a high-tech, mission-driven environment.
