Human Resources ManagerWe are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead plant-level human resources and labor relations activities within a unionized manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing employee and labor relations, administering collective bargaining agreements, supporting workforce planning initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. The Human Resources Manager will partner closely with operations leadership to strengthen workforce engagement, support organizational development, and drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.Core Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, or related field3+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within manufacturing environmentsExperience supporting unionized workforces and administering collective bargaining agreementsPreferred Requirements:MBA or advanced degree in Human Resources Management or related fieldPHR/SPHR certification preferredResponsibilities:Lead employee and labor relations activities, including grievance administration and collective bargaining agreement support.Develop and implement HR policies, workforce planning initiatives, and employee development programs.Partner with operations leadership to support staffing, workforce scheduling, and organizational effectiveness.Manage recruitment efforts for hourly and salaried positions while supporting retention and succession planning initiatives.Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.Oversee workers' compensation, employee relations investigations, HR metrics, and workforce reporting activities.CiresiMorek is a team of experienced industry professionals known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
