Trilogy’s Reentry Services in Chicago is seeking a Recovery Counselor - Peer to support individuals with severe mental illness returning to the community. You will assess clients, plan treatment through home, community, and office visits, and provide strengths-based, trauma-informed services in the community. You will apply your lived experience of incarceration when appropriate, collaborate with Cook County Sheriff's Office and internal teams, and help clients navigate housing, entitlements, #J-18808-Ljbffr Trilogy
