Engagement Managers Leads client engagements, manage project teams, and deliver strategic insights to senior stakeholders. The role involves overseeing project execution, driving analysis, building client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. Responsibilities Lead client projects and manage day‑to‑day delivery Oversee research, analysis, and recommendations Present insights to senior stakeholders Manage and develop junior team members Requirements 4–8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, advisory, or a similar client‑facing role and MUST already be a Manager currently from a Tier 1 firm like McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
