The Care Project is actively seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Silver Springs, Nevada. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting patients in their journey toward improved mobility and enhanced quality of life. As a Physical Therapist, your focus will be on delivering personalized care that prioritizes treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation for a diverse patient population.

The Care Project is a renowned private practice specializing in orthopedic physical therapy. Located in the heart of Silver Springs, our facility spans 5,000 square feet and incorporates state-of-the-art sports medicine technology to ensure the highest standard of care. Our team consists of experienced professionals—including two seasoned physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant—committed to providing exceptional service to our patients who primarily possess private medical insurance.

Work Environment

This position requires you to work onsite in our vibrant outpatient office, which is designed to foster patient engagement and recovery. Our typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured yet supportive environment conducive to both the care provider's and patient's needs. You will be working alongside a collaborative team, where knowledge sharing and professional growth are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate each patient's unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their rehabilitation goals.
• Administer targeted therapeutic interventions that improve patients' mobility and overall functional abilities, utilizing methods such as manual therapy and exercise prescriptions.
• Maintain a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring quality interaction and thorough care.
• Document all treatment sessions accurately and maintain comprehensive patient records using our EMR software.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to optimize results and enhance recovery.
• Encourage patient engagement through motivational strategies, promoting adherence to exercise regimens and healthier lifestyles.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's care.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding strategies for pain management, wellness, and rehabilitation.
• Implement evidence-based practices to evaluate and improve treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice focuses primarily on individuals suffering from orthopedic conditions, often stemming from sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, or chronic pain. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• A valid Physical Therapist License in Nevada, with no record of disciplinary actions.
• Strong clinical skills in manual therapy techniques and a thorough understanding of therapeutic exercises.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, preferably WebPT.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with patients and interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred.
• Experience in promoting non-surgical treatment methodologies and enhancing patient independence.

Compensation and Benefits

Our Physical Therapist position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
