Our passionate team consists of two physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), working collaboratively to deliver outstanding therapeutic services.

Work Environment

This full-time Physical Therapist position is located onsite within our outpatient office setting, providing a conducive environment for both patient care and practitioner collaboration. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while meeting the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and establish individualized treatment goals tailored to meet each patient's specific needs, ensuring a personalized approach to rehabilitation.
• Manage an average caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, providing hands-on treatments and interventions while documenting patient progress thoroughly.
• Utilize effective orthopedic outpatient treatment methods and approaches to promote optimal recovery while minimizing reliance on medications and unnecessary surgical procedures.
• Implement diverse treatment techniques and develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate both therapeutic exercises and wellness initiatives.
• Enhance patient motivation and engagement throughout their therapy sessions by fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance multidisciplinary care, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient recovery.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and effectively communicate outcomes to both patients and colleagues.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Nevada Physical Therapist License, with no disciplinary actions against the license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, specifically with WebPT or similar platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, showcasing a depth of knowledge in musculoskeletal disorders and athletic rehabilitation.
• Strong capabilities in developing patient-centric care plans and fitness programs that foster long-term health and well-being.
