This role is about ownership, growth, and impact - not just managing accounts.

What You'll Do

Own a defined territory: revenue, margin, and growth
Expand key accounts and win targeted new business
Build and manage a strong, predictable pipeline
Lead pricing, contracts, and margin discipline
Stay close to the market with 9-12 customer visits per week

What You Bring

Proven B2B growth experience (industrial/manufacturing/distribution preferred)
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
