Invoicing clerk

Join a stable manufacturing company in St. Louis that values accuracy, teamwork, and efficiency. As an Invoicing Clerk, you'll support daily billing operations and work closely with sales, operations, and accounting.
Job Duties- Prepare and review invoices using Sage 100 ERP based on order details and supporting documents
- Verify bills of lading, tallies, and shipment paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Research inventory and confirm product availability, costs, and lot details
- Resolve discrepancies between orders, shipments, and inventory records
- Submit invoices through email and third party platforms, and track any disputes
- Maintain organized records, trackers, and documentation for all invoicing activity
- 1+ year of invoicing, billing, or accounting support experience
- Experience working in Excel and ERP systems, Sage 100 preferred
- Good communication skills to follow up with internal teams and vendors
- Stable company with long term career potential
