District Operations Manager

As a District Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and growth across multiple branches within your district. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple branch managers to ensure efficient and effective operations across all locations within the district. Collaborate with branch managers to set, monitor, and achieve performance targets and operational goals. Drive operational excellence by reviewing and improving processes, implementing industry best practices, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. Optimize resource allocation including manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and control costs. Develop and manage district budgets to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded while maintaining profitability. Build and maintain strong client relationships , promptly addressing concerns and identifying opportunities to expand services. Recruit, train, and mentor branch managers and field teams , fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety, environmental, and licensing requirements. Prepare and present regular reports on district performance, including key performance indicators, financial data, and operational metrics, to executive leadership. Qualifications Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the landscape services or related industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop multiple teams Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive financial performance Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team relations Knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards Ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr Air Comfort, Inc
