Customer Operations Coordinator (17403)

Adecco is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a client company in York, PA.

Pay: $19/hour

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday

• Overtime required based on business needs

Training Schedule (First 2-3 Weeks):

• 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• 30-minute lunch

Regular Schedule After Training:

• 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

• 1-hour lunch

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in an office, call center, manufacturing, construction, building products, or related environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience managing multiple customer requests, orders, or projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and data entry.

• Ability to work overtime as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.

• Process orders accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer requests and order status.

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
