Call Center Pharmacy Technician
We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Pharmacy Technician for a 60–90 day contract to support our Mail Order Pharmacy team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service to patients and staff by handling inbound calls, processing requests, and ensuring a seamless pharmacy experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient and customer inquiries with a focus on first call resolution
- Coordinate requests with pharmacy staff and ensure accurate documentation
- Support mail order services including refills, order tracking, and follow-ups
- Deliver a positive patient experience through clear communication and attention to detail
- Participate in team meetings, daily huddles, and process improvement efforts
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active state Pharmacy Technician license (required prior to start)
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, or call center environments
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
