Seasonal Administrative Office Assistant
$17 - $18.5 per hourTemporary

A La Mesa tax office is in need of seasonal administrative assistance starting February 5th through April 15th.
Knowledge and skill requirements:
Be able to multitask such as answer multiple phone lines and provide customer service
Be able to follow directions and be able to work on your own at times
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent people skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Data Entry and tax office experience a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
Scanning and collating tax returns
General reception and administrative support including answering telephones, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients
General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, emailing, and mailing
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Availability:
Between 8:30am and 6:00pm Monday through Friday (days and hours will vary).
Hourly rate will be based on experience.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
