Inbound Sales Representative

Most sales jobs have you cold-calling strangers into oblivion or fighting over scraps in a saturated market. This role isn't that. You'll be selling six-figure deals from the start, with warm leads already coming in and almost served to you on a silver platter. And right now, we have more pipeline than we can handle. That's where you come in. You'll work directly with our CEO, to manage inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and move deals forward. The ceiling here is very high. What You'll Do

• Manage and qualify a steady flow of inbound leads - no cold-calling strangers from a list
• Co-sell on calls with our CEO, responsible sales from day one
• Own initial discovery calls and keep deals moving toward close
• Do targeted outbound to warm audiences. These are not ice cold leads, they are followers, engaged prospects, people already in our ecosystem
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout long deal cycles
• Develop a deep understanding of our ICP, our creative product, and what makes a deal worth pursuing
• Grow into owning your own book of business for the right deals over time

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing or sales role, inbound-heavy experience is a plus
• Strong business acumen: you understand marketing, branding, and how modern companies scale
• You can hold a conversation with a founder, CMO, or Series A exec without missing a beat
• A natural host, you make people feel heard while still moving things forward
• Tech-savvy and figure things out on your own when needed
• Hungry to grow, not just looking for a comfortable seat
