Junior Account Manager

Collaborating closely with multiple teams, the remote Junior Account Manager will support marketing efforts, manage collateral feedback processes, and create customer-centric content while working on a contract basis for approximately 6 months. Key responsibilities Support the strategic efforts of the POD leader in managing key business accounts Manage the collateral feedback and approval process, ensuring all customer-facing materials receive required sign-off Create monthly customer-centric content to update the organization on key metrics and customer information Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree Experience in Operations or Account Management Proven ability to document, track, and support daily operations of customer programs Experience delivering polished, error-free work Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
