Key Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout the event
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Clear tables and assist with cleanup after events, maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Collaborate with event coordinators and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in banquet serving, catering, or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes
