As a bartender at our resort, you'll play a key role in providing top-notch service while delivering signature drinks and unforgettable moments for our guests. You'll work alongside a collaborative team to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience, whether they're enjoying a sunset cocktail or a cozy evening by the fire.

Key Responsibilities of the Bartender:

• Guest Interaction: Greet and engage guests in a friendly, timely manner, answering any questions they have about food, drinks, and the resort.
• Drink Preparation: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, following established recipes and standards.
• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor guest satisfaction, ensuring that everyone has an enjoyable dining experience.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, stocked bar area and ensure that glassware is washed and sterilized to the highest standards.
• Inventory Control: Take inventory of supplies as needed and report any shortages.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to deliver seamless service and support the overall resort experience.
