Secondary Containment- Supervisor (DJ/Powder River Basin)

Lead daily installation, repairs, and/or removal of secondary containment liners. Essential Duties Takes ownership of the safety and performance of the crew from shop-to-shop. Ensures quality builds – duck ponds and on-site fabrication. Properly prepares the crew for inclement weather and winter operations. Operates and troubleshoots field equipment. Identifies talent and develops more Supervisors. Leads, on-site, critical operations. Ensure equipment is operated safely and cared for, i.e., Leister Wedge, Uniroof, Triac ST Welders. Ensure trailers are loaded and transported in compliance with DOT regulations. Ensure company vehicles are operated safely and are cared for. Provides team members with clear expectations and holds them accountable. Identify talent or underperformance and communicate to operations management. Effectively communicates asset repair, maintenance and performance issues. Ensure team members clock in and out daily, accurately. Supervise containment operations per Shalestone expectations and standard operating procedures. Support projects locally and in outlying basins (travel required unless negotiated otherwise). Completes required forms in KPA and Samsara. Prepares and plans for each shift and the needs of these shifts. Conducts other duties and tasks assigned. Non-Negotiables Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. Valid driver's license and meets requirements to be insurable in company vehicle. Willing to travel.
