Revenue Manager

Description: Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ “We Win Hearts” Company-wide culture. Work with Corporate Revenue Management and property teams to effectively yield the Hotel inventory and manage Hotel rates, devise packages, promotions and strategies to drive revenue in accordance with budget. Prepare an annual budget for departments in accordance with Station Casinos’ guidelines, along with applicable business plans. Completion of special project assignments as needed and look for areas of innovation designed to improve revenue generation, length of stay, advance purchase window, direct bookings, increased Hotel related gaming etc. Create, maintain, and distribute various reports to evaluate current market conditions, pace and pickup, group business, special events (both at Station Casinos’ properties and in the market), along with past historical hotel performance and any other data that may be available. Effectively utilize this information to provide documented recommendations for room rates at the various properties. Prepare for, attend and facilitate revenue and occupancy (Pace) meetings at Properties. Maintain an effective and productive working relationship with all departments. Understand the duties and functions of other departments, and how they affect or interact with the Revenue Management position. Gather and analyze customer and competitive intelligence such as pricing and brand value. Network externally to seek innovation. Ability to produce high quality work products, with consistency, accuracy and completeness. Ability to listen effectively, process information, ask appropriate questions for clarification and execute tasks accordingly. Constantly serve as a role model and leader for all Team Members.
