Do you have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with power tools? American Workforce Group is hiring a full-time Belt Technician for a leading industrial service shop in Longview, WA . Secure a dependable daytime routine, extensive mechanical cross-training, and an excellent path to permanent hire!

Description for Belt Technician:

Fabricate, cut, splice, and repair commercial conveyor belting and industrial rubber products.
Receive, verify, and organize incoming warehouse materials, parts, and shop supplies.
Pull custom sales orders and organize stock inventory to maintain a safe shop floor.
Operate a company delivery vehicle to drop off finished components and supplies to regional client yards.
Execute routine equipment adjustments and follow strict industrial safety procedures.

Details for Belt Technician:

Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour.
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime and weekend availability required as needed).
Location: Longview, WA.

Requirements for Belt Technician:

Prior experience safely operating common mechanical hand and power tools required.
Must hold a valid, current Driver's License with an insurable driving history.
Unwavering commitment to industrial shop safety standards.
Prior maintenance, mechanical repair, or specialized belt tech experience is highly preferred.
Reliable personal transportation and a track record of excellent daily attendance.
