Job#: 3033536 Job Description: Epic MyChart Application Analyst Apex Systems is seeking experienced Epic MyChart Analysts to support digital health initiatives, including virtual care, platform enhancements, and system upgrades. Key Responsibilities * Support MyChart build, configuration, and optimization * Troubleshoot issues and resolve defects * Participate in Epic upgrades, testing, and validation * Support Care Companion and Care Journey workflows * Collaborate on enhancements, integrations, and digital initiatives (AI, virtual care) Required * 5+ years of Epic MyChart experience (certification) * Upgrade experience * Strong troubleshooting/investigation skills * Experience with Care Companion / Care Journey Preferred * Ambulatory and/or Cadence certification * Hello World experience * Growth/integration or digital health experience * Exposure to AI initiatives Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
