Creative Design Specialist

Driving acquisition and conversion in a fully remote capacity, the Creative Design Specialist will manage the design and execution of performance creative for paid media channels, creating high-performing assets and optimizing workflows to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth. Key responsibilities Lead the design and execution of paid media creative across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Google Create and optimize high-performing assets for acquisition initiatives, including ad creatives and landing pages Define and improve creative testing frameworks and workflows to enable rapid iteration for performance marketing Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or UI/UX, particularly for email marketing and retention-driven experiences Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience building emails within an ESP like Klaviyo Solid understanding of responsive email design and UI/UX principles for landing pages Experience with AI-powered design tools and automations to enhance design speed and scalability Strong collaboration skills with a background in working with marketing, data, and product teams
