Business Analyst

Role Overview Analyze business systems, user needs, and operational processes to develop clear requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, and supporting documentation. Support all aspects of project coordination, including planning, organizing, scheduling, tracking, and reporting activities. Provide support for program management activities, including status reporting, risk tracking, meeting coordination, action item management, and performance monitoring. What You Will Do Present requirements, product features, metrics, and project updates to technical and non-technical audiences. Prepare project documentation, presentations, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and executive-level communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables. Why It Might Be a Fit Strong communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to manage competing priorities while balancing strategic objectives with detailed requirements. Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio or a comparable diagramming tool.
