Structural Construction Supervisor – Lead High-Impact Repair Projects for Alpha Structural, Inc.

Job Overview:

• Company: Alpha Structural, Inc.
• Salary/Pay Rate: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
• Location: Los Angeles, CA
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time
• Schedule: Monday–Saturday (Saturdays typically included)
• Project Scope: Residential Foundation Repair, Grade Beams, Caissons, Seismic Retrofitting, Underpinning, Retaining Walls, Concrete, Framing, Steel, and Drainage
• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License

The Opportunity:

You will serve as a key field leader driving structural, foundation, and geotechnical projects throughout Los Angeles County. This role gives you the opportunity to showcase your expertise across structural concrete, framing, and steel while directing field crews and maintaining high quality standards. You will directly protect home and building structures while advancing your career with an industry leader.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Read and independently interpret structural plans, blueprints, and scope details to guide site execution.
• Direct daily activities for internal crews and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and cost targets.
• Coordinate material deliveries, quality control, and site operations to eliminate field delays.
• Serve as the primary field liaison for customers, city inspectors, and material vendors.
• Enforce strict jobsite safety procedures and maintain full compliance with Cal/OSHA standards.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Foremen to meet production goals efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in structural concrete, framing, and steel construction.
• Direct experience executing residential foundation repairs and seismic retrofits.
• Demonstrated ability to independently read and work from complex structural engineering plans.
• Valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Residence within a reasonable commuting distance of Los Angeles County.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong background in managing both internal trade crews and specialized subcontractors.
• Excellent customer service skills with proven experience handling client and inspector communications.
• Strong leadership capability with a focus on crew development and safety enforcement.
