Sales Rep

Vending Concepts, a well-established Fort Worth company, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Sales Representative to join our team of professionals. This is a base salary plus commission and a good salesperson should earn between $45,000 to $85,000 annually at a minimum. Responsibilities Providing expert advice and comprehensive information on our diverse range of vending products and services to potential and existing customers. Utilizing sound judgment and problem‑solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Efficiently processing customer payments by accurately totaling purchases and handling various payment methods, including checks, cash, and credit/debit cards. Consistently delivering exceptional customer service, building rapport, and exceeding customer expectations in every interaction. Qualifications Proven experience working in a sales‑related capacity, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships. A naturally friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Exceptional adaptability and the capacity to effectively tailor your approach to various situations and individual customer needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to articulate product information clearly, negotiate effectively, and maintain professional correspondence.
