Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and professional service to customers while supporting the organization's commitment to quality and continual improvement. This role ensures that customer requirements are met through customer focus, order management, process consistency, and effective communication for all Kinedyne entities (e.g. government and international customers). Responsibilities include receiving and processing customer orders, verifying order accuracy, maintaining accurate customer and account records, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating product returns, communicating order status, providing quotes and availability for custom order requests, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Skills and Experience Requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong attention to detail, basic math skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service or a customer solutions environment. Experience in order management and customer service in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
