Concierge PositionJob Overview: As a Concierge, you are the “face” of the high-end residential properties. You are responsible for greeting all residents and visitors with a warm smile, and doing the utmost to ensure that residents are provided with a high standard of customer service. Our most successful Concierges have a very strong Customer Service background with a passion for going above and beyond and an innate ability to problem solve and diffuse sticky situations.Shifts Available: Full Time 32 Hours per week (Sunday and Monday 3p-11p, Friday and Saturday 7a-3p)Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience with strata buildings is an assetAt least one year of direct/in person Customer Service Experience is requiredExcellent written and oral command of the English language is necessary in order to be able to work efficiently and communicate appropriately with our clients and our support staff.Mandarin and Cantonese will be an assetPhysical Requirements:Ability to patrol the property including stairs, hallways, interior, and exteriorAbility to safely receive, store, and handle standard packages received from couriers and carriersAbility to work in different environmental working conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.)What We Offer: As a part-time associate, you will have access to our Employee Assistance Program.
