About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Plasterer to join our Cheshire team and help us deliver high-quality repairs and planned works across our properties. You’ll be responsible for: Carrying out plastering to walls, ceilings, coving, and damp-related works using a variety of finishes. Supporting other trades, handling materials, and working on both occupied and empty properties. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, safely, and in line with health and safety regulations. Maintaining accurate records using our digital systems and keeping your van stock and tools in top condition. You’ll work both independently and as part of a small, supportive team, with a strong focus on customer service and professionalism. What You’ll Bring NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent qualification. Experience in responsive repairs, void maintenance and planned building maintenance. Strong understanding of health and safety, IT systems, and customer service. Full UK driving licence. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills. Experience working in social housing or similar environments is beneficial. Previous tiling experience would be desirable. Please note that this role requires travel between properties using a company vehicle, so a valid driving licence is essential.
