Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking top performers who desire to take their career and earnings to the next level! Assistant General Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits:Top pay in the market, base up to 65K on day oneThe latest closing time is 11 pm on Fri/SatRobust benefits package with M/D/V/STD/401KThree weeks of paid time off in the first year!Huge bonus potential based primarily on top-line sales growthHigh-quality products and well-maintained facilities! Assistant General Manager Qualifications:Experienced restaurant leader, current or very recent experience with drive-thru.Hands-on style of leadershipUpbeat personalitySolid communication skills and professional appearanceStandard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer serviceMust be able to taste and handle all menu offeringsAbility to be on feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. from the ground Note- this is a 5-day week, requiring Fri/Sat/Sun & most shifts are 8a-8p or 11a-11p. If you are tired of not getting days off or working crazy late nights- let's talk!Other roles are available, including hourly management roles with flexible scheduling.Note that STD and 401k are not available in Leland, Whiteville or Shallotte
