LVN / LPN - Ambulatory Care/Clinic/Outpatient

$1519.39/week - Job Summary: Provide high-quality outpatient nursing care in an ambulatory clinic setting. Support patient needs through assessment, education, and direct care while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and protocols. Responsibilities: Coordinate patient care by assessing health status and developing individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders. Educate patients and their families on health management, procedures, and preventive care. Document patient interactions and clinical activities in the electronic health record. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care delivery. Adhere to infection control protocols and safety policies at all times. Qualifications: Current LVN or LPN license in the state of practice. Minimum of 1 year of relevant outpatient or clinic experience. Strong knowledge of nursing policies, procedures, and documentation practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
