Job Summary The Supervisor of Production is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of production departments. This role ensures KPS Global meets safety, productivity, quality, and housekeeping goals. Major Responsibilities Coordinating production activities, people, processes, and materials to complete production schedules according to process specifications Identifying problems and initiating corrective action Directing multi-functions Administering company policies and procedures Ensuring employee safety via SMS processes and procedures Determining man power requirements to meet schedules Facilitating internal continuous improvement processes Participating in formulating manufacturing policies and procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr
