Job Description
Besselco is seeking a detail‐oriented and reliable Accounting Assistant to support our daily financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and contributing to a smooth‐running accounting department within a growing business solutions and corporate services company. Bilingual candidates — Korean proficiency is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including AP/AR entry and bank reconciliations
- Assist with invoice processing, payment posting, and vendor account management
- Maintain accurate financial records and update internal accounting systems
- Support month‐end closing activities, reporting, and account reviews
- Organize receipts, statements, and supporting documentation
- Communicate with internal teams and vendors regarding billing or payment inquiries
- Provide general support to the Accounting Manager and assist with additional projects as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and general accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, dependable work ethic
- Bilingual — Korean language skills are a plus
