Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government transportation location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support visitors through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to riders, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, stations, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and public areas, assist with directing foot traffic, and communicate with staff, passengers, and first responders regarding security-related matters when needed.
• Support order at the location by following post instructions, observing daily activity, and addressing policy violations or suspicious behavior according to site guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
