Mailings and creation of binders.Entering contacts and maintaining electronic files.Assisting with travel arrangements and scheduling meetings. Conducting research as needed.Providing back-up coverage for other Legal Support SpecialistSpecial projects as assigned.**Qualifications**The ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS degree.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal/administrative or professional setting.Professional organized self-starter with the ability to interact with attorneys, staff and clients at all levels in a fast-paced, challenging legal work environment.Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong technical skills.Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
