With a consistent schedule from August 11, 2026, to May 25, 2027, you’ll be able to build relationships and see the direct results of your work as you help students achieve their fullest potential.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in school settings
• Previous exposure to or proficiency in supervising Physical Therapist Assistants
• Strong understanding of the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Skilled at evaluating student progress and adapting therapy approaches
• Excellent communicator able to work effectively with students, parents, and school teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide Physical Therapist Assistants, ensuring high standards of care and adherence to school protocols
• Plan and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to each student’s goals as defined in their IEP
• Continuously assess student performance, adjusting therapeutic strategies as necessary
• Evaluate and document student progress, recommending readiness for termination of therapy when appropriate
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to foster a supportive environment

Position Highlights:

• Onsite, part-time schedule (20 hours/week) providing work-life balance
