Make & Model Marketing is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. Make & Model Marketing is an automotive digital marketing agency handling SEO, Paid Search, Content Development, and Digital Marketing Strategy for retail car dealerships.

\n

\n

This position involves managing the day-to-day business of digital marketing services for dealership accounts as well as visiting clients in-person on a monthly basis or holding video calls for a strategy meeting and review of their digital marketing performance. You will also work with a team of digital marketers to execute strategies and marketing campaigns and analyze website performance metrics. The ideal candidate has experience working in automotive retail, either in a car dealership or at the OEM-level as well as a background in digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Strong background in automotive retail
\n
• Strong background in digital marketing
\n
• Strong ability to discuss digital marketing strategies and metrics with key dealership personnel
\n
• Basic understanding of SEO, paid search, content marketing, and analyzing digital marketing metrics
\n
• Ability to coordinate a team of graphic designers, content writers, developers, SEO analysts, and Paid Search account managers to execute strategies and projects
\n
• Willingness to travel for client visits (occasional overnight travel is required)
\n
• Understanding of automotive manufacturer brand and compliance guidelines as well as FTC guidelines for special offers
\n
• Strong communication and presentation skills
\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Meeting face to face with key dealership personnel (dealer principals, sales managers, internet managers, marketing managers) on a monthly basis to review website and digital marketing metrics and discuss digital marketing strategies and execution.
\n
• Uncovering the client's sales and marketing goals in order to develop digital marketing strategies to support those goals
\n
• Managing day-to-day client requests and questions in a timely manner as well as managing client's expectations for the performance of their websites and marketing campaigns
\n
• Communicating projects effectively to the digital marketing team and working closely with the team to execute projects
\n
• Managing the workflow of projects (such as updates to specials, email marketing pieces, and content pages)
\n
• Ensuring all of our work meets compliance, co-op, and brand standards as well as FTC requirements
\n
• Review content, web page layouts, email marketing pieces, and banner ads to ensure they meet client expectations
\n
• Reviewing key digital marketing metrics with our digital marketing team to find opportunities for better performance and growth
\n

• Able to travel 25% of the time and in the office the other 75% of the working month

• Starting at $80,000 / Year Salary
